How can I get TD Navio logs?

TD Navio logs can be obtained through TD Snap.  These logs can be sent directly from TD Snap to Tobii Dynavox as long as you have a WiFi connection.

1. Connect to WiFi
2. Launch TD Snap (version 1.33 or later)
3. Go into edit mode (top right corner gear/pencil button)
4. Under System -> About at the bottom select Send Feedback
5. Type a short Feedback message that will help us find the logs in the system, like
   "This is from -your name-, these are my TD Navio logs."Be sure to leave the Include Logs button turned on
6. Hit Send
7. Let a technical support representative know when these steps have been completed.
