How do I reset Communicator to factory settings?

To reset Tobii Communicator 4 to factory settings follow the steps below:

1. Open Communicator
2. In the File menu select Settings > Data Folders
   1. If you do not see the File menu press F10
3. In Data Folders click both Explore... buttons to open explorer windows to both A: Personal Data base folder and B: Application data base folder. They will probably be exploring:
   1. C:\Documents and Settings\\My documents\VS Communicator 4\
   2. and C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Viking Software\Communicator\4\
4. Close Communicator
5. From the two explorer windows delete the contents of folder A and B

Communicator will now be reset to factory settings
