How to do C-Series Factory recovery

(Please note: Tobii Dynavox will not assume responsibility for lost data. To prevent the permanent loss of data during the update process, be sure to create a separate backup of the data you wish to save.)

To restore your C-Series device to factory settings:

1. Repeatedly press F8 during the startup of the C-Series device
2. Choose: Repair Your Computer
3. Select appropriate keyboard layout
4. Switch to TobiiUser (password is Tobii, case sensitive)
5. For factory restore choose OEM Factory Restore Application
6. Choose Restore
7. Read the license agreement and Accept
8. Click Yes

Now the C:-drive is formatted and restored to the state in which it was shipped from Tobii Dynavox.
