If my touchscreen is not working, how to I uninstall and reinstall my touchscreen?

To uninstall and reinstall the P10 Touchscreen drivers:
Click Start, point to All Programs, then point to Touchscreen V.7.5.COM.
Select Touchscreen Uninstall V-7.5.COM.
Follow the prompts to uninstall the touchscreen driver. At the end when the prompt comes up that states Windows must be restarted, select OK.
After the device come back on, shut it down.
Unplug the power cord for 30 seconds.
Re-connect the power cord.
Restart the P10.
Install the touchscreen driver from the touchscreen driver CD or from the downloaded file on our website. If downloaded from the website, you must extract the files and run the setup.exe file
On the first screen of the install process, select Serial Controllers.
At the end of the installation when the prompt comes up that states Windows must be restarted, select OK.
After the device boots back up, shut it down.
Unplug the power cord for 30 seconds.
Reconnect the power cord and restart the P10.
