How to Change TD Pilot Battery with Replacement Battery

How to change a TD Pilot Battery with a replacement:
 

1. Make sure the TD Pilot Wall Charger is not connected to the TD Pilot or wall outlet.

2. Turn off the TD Pilot by pressing and holding the power button until you see the Green LED (under the power button) turns off.
3. Unscrew the 8 small screws located on the back of the device.

4. Remove 2 screws on the bottom of the TD Pilot.

5. When the screws are removed you can pull the front plate from the TD Pilot.

6. Disconnect the USB C Cable from the iPad.

7. Remove the iPad from the TD Pilot case.

8. The Battery Pack will be exposed. Unscrew the 4 screws holding the Battery Pack in place (these screws will not unscrew completely).

9. Install the New Battery Pack into the TD Pilot and be careful not to overtighten the screws.

10. Re-align the USB-C cable within the TD Pilot.

11. Add the iPad back into TD Pilot.

12. Connect the USB-C cable to the iPad.

13. Press the faceplate to the front of the TD Pilot.

14. Add the 8 screws into the back of the device.

15. Add the 2 screws on the bottom of the TD Pilot and begin charging the New Battery Pack.

16. Turn on the TD Pilot power and begin charging the TD Pilot.
